Many blogs offer its users to bookmark the post they are reading. This can be done on one of the bookmark services, which all provide their own buttons and mini banners for this service. There are quite a lot of them, as can be seen here.

Most blogservices offer the posibility to create an RRS feed of its posts. To make sure people can actually find this feed, you can put a mini banner of such a service on your blog. Or more of them, of course.
